The service staff was amazing! Pleasantly surprised to see that they prepared swan towel arrangements and a stalk of rose for our anniversary. We were provided with a very thorough room tour upon arrival, and the room was very modern. Although there was no phone to call down to front desk, we were able to contact the staff via Whatsapp and they always responded promptly. The hotel was also very generous with their offerings- all the items in the mini bar (including coke and chocolate bars) were FOC, and there is a very clean public shower and toilet that you could use even after you have checked out! Great for those who would like to freshen up before leaving for the airport

Kayumas staff are really heplful and always feels you comfortable. They easily find a solution if you need something. Location is so close to the many restaurants and bars in Seminyak. With a scooter, you can easily reach aroun this area. Rooms are comfortable and large. Pool is nice and enjoying. We moved to Canggu but I wish we had more days at Kayumas.

we stayed in penthouse suite both ocean view and city view - the best hotel stay i’ve ever had! incredible service! love allll the staffs! food and beverages acceptable. breakfast bakso soup and congee were sooo yummy!
