Hong KongWe are family of four (2 kids 2 adults). The hotel staff have been super helpful and friendly right from the very beginning to the end of our stay. They were friendly to the kids and gave them small gifts (it was halloween) and colouring gift boxes. Every where we go there are smiley faces. Room is spacious and clean. Convenient store under the hotel so we can buy things that we need. Breakfast was nice and they even helped to take photos and put our kids face on our cappuccino. We didn’t ask for it. The staff have been so eager to help and we are pampered.

The guesthouse is close to the Hongik University station, exit 7, about a five minutes walk. Check-in and check were smooth. I got to see street dance at night, and money exchanges are also close by. The location is just next to Hongik university Station exit 1, the building is next to Dunkin Donut. As we arrived early at the airport 7am, we were worried about where to keep our luggages as the check in is at 3pm.
