The hotel staff is very friendly and polite. The room is large and the location is also very good. It is about a 5-minute walk from Exit 12 of Seomyeon Station (with elevator). There is a 24-hour convenience store nearby.

One of the nicest guesthouse I’ve stayed at! It is on the 36th floor of an apartment building so the view is spectacular, also the facilities are clean and surprisingly spacious. The breakfast was simple but nice. Location is great, very close to the station and bus stop. Walking distance to Seomyeon Station so lots of shops, restaurants and bars to explore.

This hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Busan. Only a few minutes to walk to Seomyeon Station, where the two main subway lines are both available. The surrounding area is full of shops and restaurants, so it's a great place to be in the evening. The staff are very nice and helpful.

Excellent location. It was only a couple of blocks away from Seomyeon station so it was very convenient to take the metro to/from Seoul station and to other places in Busan. It was also great value for money.

Location-wise, it’s perfect—right in the heart of Seomyeon, surrounded by plenty of shopping and dining options. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Seomyeon Station and several nearby bus stops, which made commuting by bus super convenient for us.
The room was clean and well-maintained, even though housekeeping is done every two days. Fresh towels were provided daily, which we appreciated. We would have preferred a shower instead of a bathtub, but it wasn’t a major issue.
Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great location ! Seomyeon station only 2 minutes walk , big clean room with fridge and washing machine .water pressure is great, shower is a good entertainment ☺️ very fast wi-fi that my son can play mobile legend without lag , staff was super friendly👍 they made us feel like staying at home , they even give us small gifts before we checkout .their service is excellent ! definitely will come here if I visit Busan again ! Confirm won't regret !
