The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The toilet flushed properly, and the shower had good water pressure. I especially liked that they made egg dishes fresh for breakfast. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all the major tourist spots. The hotel staff were very kind. One of the female staff members kindly explained the best way to get to the Jerónimos Monastery.

Location was great! So close to the Metro and bus stops, which made it super accessible. I also got the room on highest floor, which had with a balcony with a fantastic view. Staff were very friendly too!
