    The staff and uniformed police could be trained to be polite / respectful to the visitors and stop being rude to and impolite to the foreigners. They could also be encouraged to learn English the common language of the world to communicate better, as they should realise that not all visitors speak nor understand Arabic language.

    Sacred place for Muslim to visit at least once in their life time if not restricted by heath or financial budget.This is important for the believer to ask Allah for mercy and forgiveness on certain sin done in the past and to commit good deed in the future

    I have to the masjid several times but each time I face it...

    I have to the masjid several times but each time I face it it is new. The one and only place that I am never tired of visiting. I sincerely commend the Saudi authorities in crowd control but they went too far to allow access only once during a visit.

    Best time to do umrah and tuwaaf is from asar till fajar.

    Best time to do umrah and tuwaaf is from asar till fajar. if u want to go in mutaaf and want to do tuwaaf near kaba then you must wear ehram. Try to eat less for better performance with respect to wudhu. keep drinking water it will help u to stay fresh and hydrated. dont try to kiss black stone because there are so many people try to do it at the same time and hurt each other which kills the whole concept and purpose of going there.

    It is most sacred mosque in the world. For the first timer, make sure you carry a small backpack that carries you slippers, medicine, 500 ml water bottle, regular belt, large head scarf (protect against scorching heat). Drink lot of fluids. Avoid soda drinks. Gargle a lot with hot water. This will remedy chest infection.

    I stayed at Al Kishwa Tower 1 on the 27th floor, and the experience was very good. The staff there were excellent, especially Waleed and his team, who provided great room service. The hotel is within 35 min walking distance from Masjid Al Haram, though it’s a bit of a walk. They also have a convenient shuttle service, and taxis cost around 20 SAR from the hotel to the Haram. The taxi drops you a little before the entrance, so you will still need to walk a bit. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and a good experience.

    Can't comment on breakfast as did not take it. Everything's elae was top notch. Staff really welcoming, clean hotel and shuttle service to and from Masjid Al Haram was brilliant. Average wait time on shuttle bus 5 minutes.

    The staff, the location and the facility. This was my second stay and the hotel exceeded my expectations. Mr Turki at the reception, Mr Khalid and colleagues at the restaurant made my stay a wonderful one. The dishes at breakfast and dinner were varied and delicious. The Masjid Al Haram is across the street, and there is a prayer room on the 3rd floor that is linked directly to the Haram. The hotel is a real Hilton.

The room was soo comfortable, had everything you could need and more. There was a local masjid 5mins away and it wasn’t far from the Masjid Al Haram, only 15mins?
