It was a great break away from home close to home. It felt like you were taken away from the rush and fuss of the city. The animals were very gentle but even though most of them ran they were beautiful. The view from the balcony was a wonderful one indeed and also had a place to lay down and/or sit down and eat. The staff were kind in helping pack and unpack the room when you came and left the also provided a rulebook so you can be aware of every thing that could harm you or the animals at the lodge. The place was fantastic with a neat area to stay in. Gazing at the stars on the balcony was just as wonderful as the place. Over all the place was one of the best lodges we have been to.

The place is beautiful and quiet, it's just you and nature🔥 the dogs were amazing and friendly, the workers were superb and the owners definitely ensured that we had a lovely time.

Everything went perfect. From the Special Requests to the Requests that just goes with 5 Start Bookings, was included. When I asked for something "Special" we did not only get Special Campaign, but Towels also Folding and Rose Petals in the Room and Bathroom, we even received this at Dinner Table, etc.

With mountain views, Esther's Country Lodge is located in Hekpoort and has a restaurant, room service, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace.
