It's an insane place in the middle of the desert where you really feel you are experiencing the Atacama vives. The staff was super nice, and the neighbours we had, the multiple animals that live there, made the experience unforgettable. It's only 20 minutes walking for San Pedro de Atacama and the path it's really worth it! I strongly recommend this place

Situated in a quite and relaxing environment just 4.4 km of the centre of San Pedro de Atacama, Terra Luna Atacama offers private rooms with access to a large garden and barbecue facilities. We had an amazing experience at Terraluna. The accommodations were impeccably clean and tastefully simple. Maricarmen was exceptionally al warm and welcoming, making our stay truly enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering delicious breakfasts and helpful advice on local activities. Additionally, the location is easy to find, which made our visit even more convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Just a 20 minute walk from the town centre, Planeta Atacama Lodge offers accommodation in the desert of San Pedro de Atacama. Free WiFi access is available throughout the property. Franklin and his wife Carla run an amazing B&B, a little outside the city which makes it a very good spot for star gazing. Since we came by ourselves with a rented car, Franklin gave us very good tips of where to go, suggesting routes, helping us with purchasing tickets for the places we wanted to go and giving us restaurant recommendations. Breakfast is generous and personalized and even when we needed to leave very early one day, they made an effort to leave a snack for us to go.

Located 1.3 km from San Pedro de Atacama, Atacama Loft&Glamp is an innovative complex. WiFi is free and a daily breakfast is included. Everything! Great staff, comfortable and cute tent, super clean, the shared bathroom are so nice (hot water every day, soap, towel etc), self made breakfast in the shared kitchen was amazing (lots of fresh products provided). The swimming pool is super clean, lots of chairs and beds to relax. Walking distance to the village (15 min).

Set in traditional cottages made of stone, wood and adobe, Hotel-Camping Takha Takha offers heated rooms, free WiFi access in common areas, and breakfast, in San Pedro de Atacama. We arrived to the city early in the morning and went straight to the hotel in hopes of leaving our big backpacks for the day before we can check in. Hotel had our room ready (lucky us) and let us in. We got couple of hours of sleep after sleepless night during our travels. The hotel provided us with towels and shampoo/shower gell. The bathrooms were clean, showers were hot. This place has a great outdoors area, full of plants and birds. We left early in the morning, breakfast to go was great and full.

This place was an amazing stay. We truly loved staying outside of the town, which seemed to be hustling and bustling and dusty always. But here you had the treat of clear, dark skies and peace and tranquility. The cabañas themselves were super cute, simple, all you need. And the family was the kindest!! So so sweet, and ready to help with any question you may have. We loved our stay here.

Situated 7 km south of San Pedro de Atacama, Casita La Brea offers two types of accommodations, a two bedroom house, and a private apartment. Free private parking is available on site. Casita La Brea was the perfect place for us to stay during our visit to San Pedro de Atacama. Raphael and Ian were fabulous hosts. We were not in the area for very long, so our days were packed with activities. Ian had all kinds of suggestions and tips for things to do, as well as what not to do or be aware of, which was super helpful. I would think if you arrived with nothing on your schedule, Ian would have you seeing the best the area has to offer in no time. It was amazing to walk outside each night and feel like we were among the stars. The Casita was clean, inviting and had everything we needed for our stay, and then some! I only wish we had had more time to relax and take in the magnificent views while sipping our morning coffee as the view was spectacular. Highly Recommend Casita La Brea for your stay in San Pedro
