From the design of all the panel and flyers to the small bird logo road sign near the gate. A lot of thought went into designing the whole experience - we should have stayed longer.

The location was spectacular, with a phenomenal view of Volcán Osorno. The cabin itself was stylish and airy. We loved using the grill and the hot tub as well. The staff were lovely, attentive, and very helpful. We ordered the breakfast one morning and it was delicious, with plenty for leftovers. This was an exceptional experience!

Los palafitos son súper cómodos y están muy bien amueblados. Contamos con leña para calefaccionarla y con todos los elementos de limpieza e higiene para estar a gusto. Los muebles son bien lindos y cómodos y las vistas, insuperables.

Cabañas muy bonitas y acogedoras con estufas a leña y preocupados de tenerlas todas las tardes encendidas, muy buen desayuno. Personal muy amable y siempre atentos a las necesidades. Muy recomendable.

The grounds are well tended and beautifully landscaped with flowers and areas to entertain children.

Este establecimiento se encuentra en Puyehue, a solo 20 minutos en coche del parque nacional de Puyehue, y ofrece habitaciones rodeadas de un parque de 4 hectáreas. When I booked a room at the Lodge, I was planning to check-in and then spend the day at the hot springs nearby but the volcano and lake view at the location was so stunningly beautiful that I could find no reason to leave. Our room was large and lovely with an incredible lake view, the hosts hospitable, the breakfast perfect. We only had soup and drinks in the evening but I imagine that the food is fantastic as everything else. I would definitely stay again.
