The house is very well designed and has some unusual features like a hot tub (which we found pointless in this climate), two bathtubs and lots of other creative touches. You can walk to a few nice restaurants and grocery shops. Despite the lack of an AC there was a cool breeze through the apartment and the temperature was ok to sleep well.

The couple owning the house were very welcoming, accommodating, and flexible with my requests along the way. The house connected deeply to nature, authentic, simple, and real. I loved the two hammocks two different places. Perfect for reading, taking a nap, looking at stars. Great possibilities for trips and hikes and beaches in nearby. I got around by foot and bicycle, which was manageable. The wifi didn't work, but if you have data on your phone, there is plenty of reception.
