This place is unique. I was looking for a more traditional lodging with affordable price and it was a perfect match. I really enjoyed the vibe of an old Japanese house. The staff showed me around, I loved the free of charge dryer and the common space. The room felt a bit cold, but I got an extra blanket. The overall atmosphere was great, definitely an experience I would recommend to anyone while in Japan, on par with staying in a ryokan or love hotel.

Lovely staff, beautiful location, simple to get to, quiet at night. Food was delicious and very traditional. Beds were comfortable and the lodge was beautiful. Baths were fantastic. 100% worth the money.
