The luxury tents were a delightful stop between the coast and Etosha. Super comfy beds, lovely attached bathrooms Getting there was not challenging as long as you don’t follow google maps. Contact Onjamba and they will email a map telling you where to exit the C35. Staff and food were beyond fabulous. Tents were pretty hot as there isn’t AC and it was toasty (high 30s/low 40s) when we were there. Fans are provided in the room though. The elephant drive was fun but we only found one lone bull. The little pool was amazing for hours on the hot afternoon after the drive.

At this incredible camp, we stayed in the basic rooms, platform tent with bathrooms attached and enjoyed the pool and the sundowner views before a wonderful dinner in the open air dining room. The staff is top-notch. They prepared a little cake and sang happy birthday for our daughter’s birthday.

Huab Lodge & BushSPA terletak di Damaraland. Ia dikelilingi oleh tumbuh-tumbuhan yang subur. Ia menawarkan kolam renang dan mata air terma semula jadi. We stayed in a lot of great places in Namibia, but this was our absolute favourite. Beautiful accommodation, stunning setting, warm and friendly service. We loved the rooms with the huge balcony, and the large communal dining/bar area. All guests (and the owners) sit together at one large sociable dinner table, the food is excellent. We also did the Desert Elephant Tour with Deon - this was a real highlight of our trip. We were lucky to find the elephants, but even if we hadn't it would have been worthwhile for the beautiful journey along the ephemeral river beds (and the lunch!). This place is very special and we will come back one day.

Located 25 km from Khorixas, Gondwana Damara Mopane Lodge offers accommodation set in a semi-circle of interlinking pathways with a swimming pool at the centre. Everything. Especially all the staff. Landscape previous. Excelent accommodation.

Terletak di Khorixas, Aabadi Mountain Camp menyediakan penginapan dengan tempat parking peribadi percuma. Petrified Forest Khorixas adalah 30km dari Aabadi Mountain Camp. We spent two fantastic days in this mountain camp, surrounded by peaceful nature. A special thanks goes out to the chef Marysne who surprised us with delicious dinners out of nowhere. They have just taken over this place and we were last minute guests, nevertheless she could manage to put together amazing meals. Mongetti, our host, new in his role did a great job to welcome and look after us. The location is exceptional, nearby the touristic attractions, you need a car, organ pipes, burned mountains, Twyfelfontein site and elephant safari (strongly recommended, much less busy than etosha). At the back of the camp, on the top of the hill you can see a stunning sunset. I would definitely come back.
