Loved the drawer dishwasher and the little balcony halfway up the stairs, which was very useful for drying our swimming gear! Spacious bathroom and lots of storage space in the bedroom and bathroom. Parking at the back of the unit. We enjoyed the spa and game facilities. The staff were all really friendly too.

Tongariro Lodge is located in 22 acres of secluded grounds, surrounded by a beautiful garden landscape and along the banks of Tongariro River. Great lodge with chalets in very nice surroundings. The restaurant at the lodge was very nice for breakfast and dinner. Staff was very helpful. They organized a day of fly fishing for us and helped us with transportation to the Tongariro Alpine Crossing.
