Karen and Rob were very personable and inviting. The lodge is beautifully decorated with something to feats the eyes upon in every nook. Our room was magnificent with an incredible view. Breakfast was thoroughly enjoyable and the complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely touch.

The location was 10 minute drive from the centre of Taupo, breakfast was excellent. Angie and Garth were incredibly friendly giving us help with places to eat and all around the local area. Despite the cold weather in New Zealand for summer we had a fire in the lodge to keep us warm.

Terletak 42km dari Taman Gua dan Terma Orakei Korako, Chalet Eiger menawarkan basikal percuma, pusat kecergasan dan penginapan yang berhawa-dingin dengan patio dan WiFi percuma. The Chalet itself is beautiful, located in a quiet scenic area just outside of Taupo. Nina was a wonderful host, attended to our every need and had great recommendations. Breakfast was full, cook to order and everything fresh.

Tongariro Lodge is located in 22 acres of secluded grounds, surrounded by a beautiful garden landscape and along the banks of Tongariro River. The location was outstanding - gorgeous drive to the lodge. The grounds of the lodge were breathtaking and the chalets were absolutely perfect. Comfortable beds, super friendly staff. Had dinner in the lodge - it was fantastic - tasty and oh so good! Highly recommend both the lodge and restaurant.
