The staff named Viet was really friendly and helpful. He gave me great suggestions on where to visit and showed me how to ride the motorbike before I took off. Great location for peace and quiet. The rooms are clean and nice! Highly recommend this place.

Lovely homestay surrounded by nature. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. They do not speak English however we managed to communicate using Google Translate. They accepted to check me in early upon arrival. They also accepted my last minute booking for an extra night. And they assisted me with booking a great motorbike tour to Gian Boc waterfalls. I had the best guide! It was amazing!

The room is very comfortable, 2 pillows each! Towels and soap provided :) The area is super quite and lovely, with a great little cafe and restaurant overlooking the lake. It is just so serene and relaxing. I would recommend to anyone!

When we arrived the Cao Bang in the early morning around 5 am. We headed to MiCaSa directly and the owner arranged a room immediate for us even the check-in time is at noon. We were treated like a family member and the guy named "Jet" helped us to arrange a motorbike for our trip near the Cao Bang.
