My family vacationed here a couple months ago we had the absolute best experience staying at this property. The place is breathtaking and the staff are extremely generous. We were worried about transportation to and from town, but staff arranged this for us easily. Lin was the absolute best. She was so welcoming, kind, and helpful. She went above and beyond. We love you Lin!! The food and drinks they offered were also great!! We stayed here 2 nights and honestly wished we extended our stay. If you’re visiting Cat Ba Island, absolutely stay here.

La struttura è carina ed immersa nel verde, dista circa 15 minuti dalla città ma è facilmente raggiungibile in scooter. Judy - che parla inglese perfettamente - è stata eccezionale sia prima che durante il soggiorno: ci ha supportato nel miglior modo possibile quando causa tifone i traghetti non operavano e siamo dovuti partire con un giorno di ritardo, ci ha fornito info utili su cosa visitare e dove mangiare, e ci ha organizzato il trasferimento per la tappa successiva con un bus che ci ha lasciato direttamente di fronte all’homestay. La sua disponibilità ha davvero fatto la differenza e ci ha permesso di sfruttare al meglio il nostro tempo limitato a Cat Ba, facendoci rientrare con un ottimo ricordo dell’isola

Good place. Location is outside the city but easily accessible. The good part is that it is away from the catba city which I liked, because its quite and gives you a more relaxed setting.

The Love House homestay is in the nature and you can enjoy the silence (but hear natural noises from animals). The next city is near by, you can rent a scooter in the homestay to go there. The beautiful Cat Co Beach 3 is also not far away but you can also swim in the pool of the homestay. The host family is super friendly and took good care of us. We never felt that welcome before. They managed our boat trip to Lan Ha Bay and our departure from Cat Ba to Cat Bi Airport. We ate every day in the homestay because the food was super delicious. The owner told me that she buys the fresh meat at the market. The lobby is a kind of living room, where you have Lounge seats, two billard tables and more things. This homestay really felt like a home. When we come back to Vietnam, we will definitely visit them again.

We loved everything about our week-long stay at Lan Homestay. The location was perfect for us to explore the village on a scooter/motorbike (which they have available for rent). It's in a quiet neighborhood on a hill, which is located in hidden valley. The landscaping and grounds are beautiful with an abundance of flowering plants, and jackfruit trees that make the property feel like an eco-resort. The staff works tirelessly to keep everything in perfect condition - everyone seemed to be working around the clock. The included breakfast was very good — with a choice of a beverage and a choice of food and always served with a plate of fresh fruit. We also enjoyed a couple of other meals there and everything we ordered was delicious. Most of all our host, Mr. Chilly was everything you could ask for in a great host. He was super-friendly and assisted us with anything we needed from providing suggestions for things to do in Cat Ba to arranging travel for us back to our Hanoi . We would highly recommend Lan Homestay and will stay here again next time we come to Cat Ba.

La pulizia L’ampiezza delle camere e degli spazi comuni: il patio interno offre una atmosfera molto tranquilla e anche la piscina all’ultimo piano ha una bella vista sulle montagne interne dell’isola e su parte dei tetti della cittadina. La famiglia di Lynh (figlia dei proprietari) è accogliente, professionale, pronta ad aiutare con tutte le informazioni e richieste necessarie. Ottima la colazione con una buona scelta tra dolce e salato (il pancake alla frutta è ottimo). Posizione di circa un km A piedi dal lungomare di Cat Ba e possibilità di prenotare le escursioni tramite la reception. Consigliatissimo !!!
