Riverside Guest Lodge offers panoramic views of Grobbelaars River and Swartberg Mountains. It offers air-conditioned rooms and wooden cottages. People working there were really nice, the hotel is a cosy place in a central but quiet locztion in Oudtsoorn

Not only was the food (even catered for vegan) fantastic, but the ability to hike and mountain bike around this huge reserve gave us real freedom to experience the land and wildlife. The facilities were beautiful, the views were spectacular and the beds were the best I slept in my entire time in south Africa. We will be back when we visit south Africa again. Thank you

Located in the Assegaay Nature Reserve just outside the town of VanWyksdorp, Rooiberg Lodge features an outdoor swimming pool and on-site restaurant all surrounded by the Rooiberg Mountain Range. We felt very welcome, staff very friendly.Beautiful surrounds!

Sanbona Wildlife Reserve is an authentic and contrasting natural space, conveniently located along Route 62, a mere 3.5 hours from Cape Town in the arid Little Karoo. Absolutely brilliant! We were also very lucky to travel in off season and had for one night the lodge all to ourselves. So peaceful and quiet!
