Lovely old establishment, set quietly in the middle of nowhere. Superb spacious room, with a bathroom AND a shower room, opening direct on to the courtyard. Good restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner. Thoroughly enjoyable one-night stop which we would highly recommend.

Immaculate, well presented and extremely well equipped. The owners had obviously taken a lot of effort and pride with every aspect of this property to provide visitors with everything required. We only stayed one night but would have loved to have stayed longer!

My son LOVED the pool and the games room - the inflatables at the pool were a big hit! We really enjoyed pizza night and being able to order fresh pastries from the bakery every morning. The gite is spotless, well equipped and very comfortable. We BBQ'd a lot of evenings and enjoyed the stunning sunsets. We would definitely stay here again.

An absolute showstopper both inside and out. There were many spaces at the villa to gather, eat, drink, play games and relax for all ages.

This was one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in while on holiday in France. I've been coming over the past 20 years. So clean, everything available and so close to beach. Was able to park for 3 weeks outside the door on a street free. So close to shops and most importantly, Royan is a beautiful place.
