The hotel’s location is perfect, the interiors are beautifully designed, and everything is kept impeccably clean. As a true testament to their exceptional service, we accidentally left our room key in the safe when we checked out — and the hotel manager personally rushed to bring it to us all the way to the airport! This level of care goes far beyond any ratings or stars. This team has something truly special, and a big bravo to whoever brought them together. It was a truly special experience, and we are already looking forward to coming back

The stay exceeded our expectations. Tina and her team were so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Always smiling. Always ready to help make our stay perfect. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious with beautiful linen and bedding. We had our own pool which overlooked the town and was very private. An extra appreciated touch was having fresh pool and fresh beach towels plus beach bag for each days of our stay. We selected our cooked hot breakfasts each morning and Tina always had the best recommendations for any activity or restaurant we wanted. Tina is full of very good information and recommendations. The location is perfect, less than 10min walk into town. We always felt safe walking to and from town. There is also a large car park if you want to bring a car. Highly recommend staying at Aura Suites and if we are lucky to come again, we will stay here for sure.

The shower was the best we've had on our holidays, the kichen facilities were above our expectation and the pool area was great - all in all, a great place to stay in Naosusa!

The hotel’s elegant design, combined with its top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The service is just great and the staff is very attentive and courteous. The location is very convenient as well, close to the center. I would highly recommend this place.
