Santorini Kastelli Resort se bucură de o locaţie retrasă, la doar 2 minute de mers pe jos de plaja Kamari. The facilities, the room itself, the location, but most importantly all the staff and the hospitality! From the moment we came, we are greeted and welcomed by people that would do everything to make our stay as great as possible. To top it all off, on the last day that we left the hotel to catch a flight early in the morning, we accidentally left our passports inside the safety box in our room. From the airport security (about an hour before the flight) I called the hotel and told the reception about this emergency situation, and after about 15 minutes my passport is delivered to the airport, without me having to pay anything for this! If this does not define the highest level of their hospitality, then I guess nothing else would :)

Extremely underrated location- two steps from the beach, as well as 20+ restaurants along the beachfront. Kindly upgraded our room with zero additional costs, housekeeping was prompt and swift every morning. Ended up extending our stay here for an additional week, the experience was so good.

The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer our questions and gave us great local recommendations. The location was quiet and private, yet close enough to everything we needed. The private pool was definitely a highlight – perfect for relaxing and watching the magical Santorini sunsets. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island!
