The house is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation. You can either cook in or dine out. The house is very clean and tidied up. The setting is perfect for a family stay - a parents' floor (with ensuite), children's floor (also ensuite), and " resting" floor with living room and kitchen. All floors with balconies. And last, a friendly landlord.

I loved staying at Spetses House ! It’s like the perfect hotel room, but with kitchen included and TWO terrace balcony’s . With all the windows open it’s just lovely and bright. One of the best small ( sand ) beaches is 2 minutes walking distance across the road down a secret “alley” Also one of the best restaurants in Spetses is 4 mins walk It’s about a 15 min walk to the center of Spetses along the sea side. This is a plus as it’s less noisy than further in I highly recommend this stay !

Το Porto Vecchio Luxury Suites βρίσκεται στις Σπέτσες, κοντά στα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Αγία Μαρίνα, Λιμάνι Σπετσών και Μουσείο Μπουμπουλίνας, και παρέχει δωρεάν WiFi. The hospitality at Port Vecchio Suites was just excellent. We were met at the dock by the owner Dimitris and he gave us great directions around the island during our stay. The hotel has a pool which I think is pretty unique compared to other places. Lastly Port Vecchio is located at the old harbor which is an easy 20 minute walk from the downtown area but has 2 restaurants and 4 bars there as well if you want to just hang there the whole time. There no shopping there but the location is great because it’s half way between the downtown and one of the good local beaches.
