The rooms were new and spacious, with all the needed amenities, and most of all, the owners were a charming couple who made us feel welcome. As a group, we ordered 5 rooms and breakfast, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. They made so much food, both Sri Lankan and Western, like a whole buffet only for us. The hotel also arranged our transfer from the AirPort with a new van and a private car, they waited for us at the airport exit and took care of all the luggage as well. All in all, I can't thank the owners enough for everything they did for us, and I highly recommend their charming hotel if you need a place to stay near the airport. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I booked it for our last night in Sri Lanka and it was fantastic. I regret we didn’t have more time to enjoy it. It’s a beautiful location, the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The kind man at the reception was very helpful and friendly, as were the rest of the staff. Couldn’t ask for more!

Located 4 km from Negombo Beach Park in Negombo, Waterland has 5 air-conditioned villas, each with an infinity-edge plunge pool. Guests benefit from flat-screen TVs with satellite channels is... It was cozy yet a spacious space with a unique style. The staff were extremely helpful and always carried a smile. Food was very tasty.

AC was really good, beds were so comfortable and there was a kitchenette which was great! The manager was so friendly and helpful and organised a transfer to the airport for us ❤️

It was a fantastic experience and the place is with the best sea view we ever had. The room and the facilities were super clean and with best utilities. We had a romantic and enjoyable stay.

The place was really beautiful and well decorated. The room was quiet and spacious, with a lovely bathroom and a little outside pool. Very welcoming and friendly staff who were very attentive. They also cooked us a lovely dinner (a choice of set menu, extra pay) . Beautiful location with just 15 mins from the airport by car.
