I really liked the hotel because it was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and made sure I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast had many options, including fresh fruits, bread, and warm dishes. The food was delicious, and I enjoyed it every morning. The location was also very good because it was near shopping areas and public transport. It was easy to go to different places from the hotel.

This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in recently. We were warmly welcomed with a traditional drum & song routine performed by the wonderful staff. The room was so comfortable, had everything we needed and a full mini bar included in the rate. The hotel facilities were great and absolutely spotless. The food was exceptional and the service outstanding. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to friends & family.

Simpson's Forest - Luxury Boutique Resort & Spa - Kandy mempunyai basikal percuma, kolam renang luaran, pusat kecergasan dan taman di Kandy. We stayed at Simpson’s Forest – Luxury Boutique Resort & Spa in February 2025 and had a truly memorable experience. The location is absolutely stunning—set among lush tea plantations and forested hills, it’s the perfect retreat if you’re looking to relax and disconnect from the busy city life. The double room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The food throughout our stay was excellent, with a great mix of local and international dishes. The value for money here is exceptional, especially considering the level of service and quality of the facilities. The staff were a major highlight. The front desk team were warm, professional, and very helpful. A special mention to Wasantha at the restaurant—he was incredibly kind and accommodating, making each meal feel like a personalized experience. The only small downside is that the resort is located about 45 minutes by tuk tuk from Kandy city center, which can make getting back and forth a bit of a trip. That said, the peaceful setting more than makes up for the distance. We highly recommend Simpson’s Forest to anyone visiting Kandy and looking for a scenic, peaceful, and welcoming place to stay. We would definitely love to return!

Aarunya Nature Resort has free bikes and an outdoor swimming pool in Kandy. The property features a fitness centre, as well as a garden. The accommodation provides a shared lounge and free WiFi. Extremely kind staff, exceptionally clean hotel.

Everything was wonderful, the location is breathtaking, staff are incredibly warm and helpful, food was great, the pool is stunning and did some yoga watching the sunrise just next to it. Only time I’ve ever had a room with two panoramic views, one of the sunrise and one of the sunset!
