It is so lovely and tastefully decorated. The room was spacious, with a nice balcony, large closets and comfy beds. The staff were very welcoming, accommodating and helpful. It is in a central area: Casco Viejo is pretty walkable and has great coffee shops and restaurants but we still found the hotel quiet and intimate. Highly recommended! Can't wait to return.

They have a nice pool with beachfront as well as the rooms. David and the rest of the personnel are very attentive. They put snacks, tea, bath robes, shampoo...etc. they have everything to make you feel confortable. I highly recommended.

The luxury 20-storey Hyatt Regency Panama City is set in central Panama City, 1 km from Bahía de Panamá Bay and its port. It features an outdoor pool, spa, and rooms with seating areas. Beautiful, clean, modern and very attentive staff! Breakfast was also exceptional! I would definitely stay again!

Great property and staff. Hotel is quite new, so amenities are modern and well thought out. The staff are all lovely, welcoming and accommodating to guest needs. Jorge (front desk) and Edison (door man) were always available when we needed anything. Location is convenient to restaurants, sightseeing and shopping. The loft was perfect for our needs; two separate bedrooms and bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs) offered the privacy and comfort needed for three adults. Full kitchen and a washer dyer combo.

Stayed as a family in a big room, two floors, two bathrooms, huge balcony with a view. Facilities are elegant and beautiful. Breakfast is delicious, with free choice from an a-la-carte menu. Would definitely return here.
