Posto vicinissimo all'aeroporto e alla stazione treni, uno svincolo perfetto per chi deve muoversi lontano da Londra! Staff gentilissimo ed una struttura davvero elegante e accogliente! Quando siamo arrivati non c'era la possibilità di cenare in Hotel e sono stato gentilissimi nell'invitarci ad ordinare da asporto e farcelo consegnare li, davvero personale al top!. La colazione il giorno dopo è stata magnifica, ottima e fresca in uno spazio elegante e luminoso con le sue ampie vetrate. Stra consigliamo!!

Siamo state costrette a prenotare una stanza all’ultimo minuto causa cancellazione volo. La struttura, raggiungibile a piedi dall’aeroporto, era super accogliente, con personale cordialissimo e molto gentile! Si sono subito offerto di aiutarci nel risolvere altri problemi legati alla cancellazione del volo, assicurandosi che potessimo avere qualche ora di riposo. Super consigliata, non solo per la bellezza della struttura, del suo clima o per i servizi che offre, ma anche e soprattutto per la professionalità e cordialità e la gentilezza del personale.

From the check in with the amazing Robert, the kind help of Victoria and Anna, along with David and his great sense of humor, they made this stay incredible and special. They make you feel right at home, the food is delicious, it can keep you full for a whole day even. Hygiene top notch, atmosphere so lovely, everything is so beautiful and on a high level. You feel like you're royalty when you stay there. Would definitely come again whenever I visit the UK!
