Located a 2-minute walk from Iseshi Train Station, Isegekusando Iseshinsen offers free Wi-Fi throughout the property and indoor/outdoor hot spring baths. Private roten buro-bath was exceptional. The room was huge. Self-service coffee bar was nice and food was more than we could eat.

The onsen was spacious, with an option for both indoor and outdoor. The futons were very comfortable in our rooms, with an added bonus of some snacks that the room service staff would kindly refill. Breakfast and dinner were both buffet, with a wide variety of food. If you choose to stay more than one night, the staff will nicely prepare an additional course ontop of the buffet for dinner at no additional charge (which was a pleasant surprise!). The hotel has a night snack in the form of ramen as well. The staff were very friendly, even the shuttle bus drivers.

We stayed for my birthday and it was an incredible experience. The hotel is right on the water. The welcome and check-in was superb - very relaxing and through. The room was large and had full water views. The onsen facilities were amazing, particularly the outdoor onsen right next to the bay. The kaiseki dinner was amazing. So much food and all delicious. So happy we decided to stay here.

Sanco Inn Tsu Ekimae is situated in Tsu, 13 km from Sakakibara Hot Spring. The hotel is located 1 minute from JR or Kintetsu line Tsu station. The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a good breakfast each morning. Location was great, just across the street from the station.

The food tasted very fresh. We especially appreciated that many of the food stations had attendants preparing the dishes. It got very busy at one point, but we never had an issue getting our food. The shuttle to and from Toba Station was very convenient. We contacted the staff from a payphone at Toba Station. We were able to communicate our needs through our very limited knowledge of the Japanese language. The driver took our luggage and said they would store it till we checked in. This allowed us to continue on with our sightseeing plans without physically going to the hotel first. That really helped maximize our time in Toba! Wonderful Service!
