Το Onyado Nono Matsue Natural Hot Spring απέχει 1,7 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Μνημειακό Μουσείο Lafcadio Hearn σε Ματσούε. Προσφέρει καταλύματα 4 αστέρων και έχει σπα και κέντρο ευεξίας. It is a very new hotel. Located just 13-15 min walk from the train station, it was easy to reach even with suitcases. We were given a room in Japanese style but with Western beds. Note that sink is located in the room lobby, while toilet and shower are behind the door. Heated toilet seat was a great feature in winter. Onsens on the roof are to die for. 1 indoors, 1 big outdoors and 2 more big tubs with 39'c and 42'c water. Breakfast is a great value for money. Overall this stay was amazing and I really really want to come back again.

This was our fourth trip to Japan and we've stayed in many ryokans. This is one of our favorites. The space we stayed at was huge. It was a two-story stand alone building. The seats looked out onto the courtyard with a pond and a lot of trees, which was very peaceful. I'm usually not the type to stay in my hotel/ryokan all day, but this place tempted me to do so due to the serenity of the courtyard. There were two private onsen that were easy to access due to the small number of guests that stay here. The food was fabulous. While walking around one morning I found a hiking trail that led up to castle ruins. The next morning I hiked up to the ruins and down the other side and came out near the Moss Land.

Our room was fantastic, with a large sitting area, separate sleeping area with comfortable beds and private outdoor onsen. Staff were uniformly friendly, helpful and polite. Our meals were excellent and very filling. Each large window in our room looked out on different areas of an impeccably designed garden. We are already planning our next visit.

Το Dormy Inn Izumo διαθέτει καταλύματα 3 αστέρων στον προορισμό Izumo, 6 χλμ μακριά από Masakigaoka Park και σε απόσταση 6,1 χλμ από Hamayama Park. All staff can speak English and freindly. Breakfast is excellent. The location is very close to the train station. The room is clean.

Fantastic hotel in a lovely little town. Both the hotel, and Tsuwano itself, exceeded all expectations. I travel around slightly-off-the-beaten-track spots like this in Japan a lot and try to find charming little ryokans or minshukus that are value for money. Don't think I've ever found a better one than this. From the entrance it is clear you're entering a place that's punching above its weight. It looks much nicer than you'd expect for the price. Turned up early and the friendly staff were more than happy to let me check in early and make use of the facilities which include a very nice little rooftop bath (rotenburo) and - remarkably - free drinks, including whiskey and shochu, in the little area on the ground floor from 5pm. The hotel place was spotless (it looks very new) and the Japanese-style breakfast was very nice indeed. I'l definitely visit Tsuwano again one day, and I'll definitely stay here.

Το Onsen Guest House Aobato no Su βρίσκεται στο Matsue, λίγα βήματα μακριά από το Tamatsukuri Onsen και προσφέρει δωρεάν Wi-Fi σε όλους τους χώρους. Highly recommended guest house. It’s valuable for solo traveler to stay and enjoy the Japanese onsen culture The staff is super nice. They will notice my note and pick up from the JR station. I have lost my watch in the hotel and then the staff help me to deliver it . I really appreciate the help from them.
