It was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and very well equipped. The extra loo outside and washer/dryer would be handy for large groups. Everything worked flawlessly, it is a very short walk to the water, and a pleasant stroll to Porthmadog. Free parking nearby was easy to find at the time of year we visited.
