We rented a vespa from the hotel and drove around the countryside - and the hotel packed us a picnic lunch of cheese, ham, bread and wine. The staff helped us find the best wineries nearby. We had an incredible dinner at the hotel our first night. I couldn't say enough amazing things about our stay here.

It had everything we needed and more. Great location, great architecture, great views. Bonus: There was free still and sparkling filtered water provided by a very nice "Aquarello" device.
