Learning how to enter and exit the facility was easy and modern. It made the place feel safer. The living room/dining room/common area was comfortable and beautiful with much information to learn more about Parma. The bed was very comfortable. Despite access closures on one side of the train station and having to go the long way around, it’s still very close to the train station. The owner is delightful. The morning breakfast is great. I even like the details of the decor and plants surrounding the freight elevator. Eco-friendly and aesthetic, affordable… it provided me very good value for my short stay in Parma.

What an amazing experience. Quiet place with comfortable apartments. Not very large but the washroom is amazing and we had everything we needed. 10 also to the great communication with the host. Parking, paid separately was also one of the highlights. Would definitely stay again.

The very well outfitted kitchenette was perfect for having breakfast in the room. The shower was bigger than most in Italy. It was lovely to have a terrace, though it was a bit chilly to use it. A big plus was the gated parking just behind the building. The bed was very comfortable.
