Learning how to enter and exit the facility was easy and modern. It made the place feel safer. The living room/dining room/common area was comfortable and beautiful with much information to learn more about Parma. The bed was very comfortable. Despite access closures on one side of the train station and having to go the long way around, it’s still very close to the train station. The owner is delightful. The morning breakfast is great. I even like the details of the decor and plants surrounding the freight elevator. Eco-friendly and aesthetic, affordable… it provided me very good value for my short stay in Parma.

Stayed one night and wish we could have stayed longer. Nicholas was accommodating and went above and beyond to cater to our group. Rooms are spacious, cosy, clean and well maintained. Had a good breakfast. The villa itself is beautiful with surrounding green fields.

Offering free Wi-Fi and views of Parma's Cathedral, Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati is located in the pedestrian area of town, in the medieval square next to the Baptistery. I loved everything about this amazing place. Location cannot be more central as you are already in the palazzo on the square with the main landmark of the Parma. I was extremely lucky to live exactly in the room where I wanted to live, which I loved the most on the pictures. Have to say that it was very beautiful. Bed was great and it was SO quiet, - perfect to sleep well. Next great thing is breakfast in a cool bar nearby. Ladies at the reception were very helpful to book restaurants for dinner and call a taxi. Previously I stayed in four other hotels in Parma, but this one I considered the best.

It was furnished with nice and brand new furniture. Every small detail showed that they really care for your comfort. The staff is super nice and helpful. We ate the tastier cheese and prosuto plateau.

The rooms and bathroom were large and clean. The owner was very kind and satisfied with our needs. The B&B is modern and has a convenient private parking. The Italian breakfast was good. The quality/price ratio is excellent. We will definitely be back next time.

What an amazing experience. Quiet place with comfortable apartments. Not very large but the washroom is amazing and we had everything we needed. 10 also to the great communication with the host. Parking, paid separately was also one of the highlights. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel looked brand new, with furniture and appliances. We were only there for 1 night but were very satisfied with its location and price! The bed was amazing, the shower so big, and the gated parking area was very reasonable! The staff could barely speak English, although they were very welcoming!
