The kids absolutely loved the decor. It was the largest room we've had in Japan so far with a sleeping area, lounge, kitchen, wardrobe and bathroom. We loved the washing machine and drying function in the bathroom which made it very easy to wash and dry all our clothes. There are no plates or cutlery in the room but the staff are happy to provide disposable ones upon request.

We loved the secret doors and the private access to the viewing platform of the tower. The welcome tea and sweets were the best ones we had on the trip. Staff were absolutely incredible. We had checked out, we were waiting at the elevator and it started to rain. A staff came running with an umbrella for us.

We had a great sleep in a comfy bed. Nice bonus to have a coffee machine for the mornings too! The house is on a quiet residential street, very peaceful. Walking distance to Nagoya Castle and beautiful Meijo park.

It has everything you need, including unexpected extras like a hair straightener (though we didn’t need it). The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood and has very comfortable heated flooring, which was a lovely touch. Nagoya Station, around a 15-minute walk away, is super convenient, with many food options, and was a lifesaver during the New Year holiday when most restaurants were closed. Perfect for families. I would absolutely stay here again if I returned to Nagoya. Highly recommended!
