Great location. Across from Galle Face Park and coastal walk, internal entrance to Galle Face Mall which offers food and many shopping options. Pool facilities and Spa on L4 fabulous. Water and fruit nibbles offered at pool free to assist with hydration on very hot days was a lovely touch. Attentive, helpful and very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Little things like our Towels being refreshed twice on our first day as we had arrived early and showered on arrival. Everything was great , the apartment was very clean and comfortable, with all the electrical appliances one might need. When I wanted to do the laundry, I noticed there were no detergents, but as soon as I mentioned it to the manager, Mr. Yasas, he immediately provided everything. Excellent service and highly recommended.

She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The rooms are modern, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. Every element—from the comfortable bedding to the smart technology—reflects luxury and thoughtful design. I was lucky to have a room overlooking both the sea and the lake, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast buffet deserves a special highlight. It was one of the best I’ve experienced anywhere—an incredible spread featuring both local Sri Lankan delicacies, a lot of Indian and international favorites, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. Overall, my experience at ITC Colombo was flawless. The combination of elegant interiors, exceptional dining, stunning views, and world-class hospitality makes it a true gem in Colombo. I left with wonderful memories and will definitely be returning soon.

When we checked in we got upgraded to a suite and even though we only stayed 1 day, it was so wonderful! The kids had lots of space and even we enjoyed the amenities including the huge rub and breathtaking view from the bathroom!
