Host is amazing - very friendly and all staff were well trained and very attentive. Pool is a nice feature ans breakfast was great. We especially enjoyed the authentic home cooked Sri Lankan curry buffet - it was delicious.

Es war mit großem Abstand die beste Unterkunft ! Sehr sauber, leise, große Zimmer und super Essen. Am allerbesten war jedoch Leel und seine Familie. Er hat uns bereits von Galle abgeholt und wir waren noch gemeinsam essen. Die Safari am Folgetag hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Leel kennt den Nationalpark seit über 10 Jahren, wodurch wir mit diversen Tiersichtungen belohnt wurden. (Tipp: Am besten ganztags Tour buchen!) Zusätzlich hat er uns am 3. Tag eine Safari im yala Nationalpark organisiert- obwohl es zwei intensive Safari Tage waren hat es sich sehr gelohnt. Außerdem hat er uns die Weiterfahrt nach Ella organisiert, somit hatten wir 3 sehr schöne, stressfreie und unvergessliche Tage !

The mom cooked delicious dinner for us, with a birthday cake and gift for my partner. The rooms big and clean,nice bathroom. Nice veranda, nice gardens. Loads of mosquitoes- but that’s Sri Lanka. There is a net over the bed if you want. Had trouble with the hot water which was fixed right away. For us the mattress was very hard and in the room there isn’t a chair. We did the safari which was amazing - so worth it! Breakfast was simple with egg toast, some Sri Lanken food, fruit tea and coffee Thanks Anju and dear family - we’ll be back for sure.

This place was absolutely amazing! The location couldn’t have been better. Right by the Safari entrance, and within minutes of arriving, we saw an elephant just across the road. It was such a cool experience. The facilities were top-notch and really well maintained. The pool was actually the perfect temperature, which is rare for hotels since they’re usually too cold. There’s also a restaurant on-site with a great selection of food. We highly recommend the Kothu! Plus, there’s a convenience store right next door in case you need any extra supplies. The rooms were beautiful with modern bathrooms, great hot water, and a lovely balcony view where we got to watch the sunset. What really made our stay special was the staff. The manager went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, treating us like VIPs. The rest of the staff was just as helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area. We’d love to come back!
