The building is beautifully restored with period-appropriate tiling, fixtures, and hardwood pillars. Our standard room was modestly sized but nicely appointed. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and Louis the housecat is a lively presence! The whole vibe is very calm, quiet, and classy. We didn't try the spa facilities, but appreciated the pool, bathrobes, etc. A great place for a break in one of the prettiest small towns in the Americas.

Ladies at reception are so kind and helpful. We will definitely be returning in future. The sea in front of the hotel in very swimmable and water is clean. We have also enjoyed our walks on the beach. Veracruz and the resort is a treasure and hope it stays as a little secret 😁
