Staff accogliente e preparato, ristorante interno pazzesco (cucina internazionale di livello altissimo), cura dell’ospite come nei migliori hotel di alto livello. Ad un prezzo assolutamente ottimo. Il manager (Sig.Milan) sempre attento a qualsiasi esigenza, anche la più insignificante. Persone gentili e disponibili, davvero una scoperta entusiasmante! Bravi!

Tutto perfetto, posizionata a 10min a piedi dalla via principale, quindi tranquilla e silenziosa. Ideale per chi cerca relax immersə nella natura. Svegliarsi e mangiare di fronte al fiume, wow!! Sanija e Sajun e tutto lo staff hanno fatto il possibile per farci stare bene, compreso presentarci le ottime guide Sudagh e Mannu che ci hanno accompagnato in un safari, con trasporti inclusi. Hanno pensato a tutto, davvero, e il safari è stato bellissimo grazie all'esperienza delle nostre guide, che oltre che preparate sono state calorose e simpatiche! Il cibo era buono! Davvero super consogliato!

La struttura è completamente immersa nel verde, lontano dal caos ed è tutto veramente pulito. Si trova a cinque minuti neanche dall’ingresso del parco. La posizione è perfetta. Si può mangiare in hotel oppure ci sono ristoranti a cinque minuti. Le persone che lavorano sono tutte super gentili, super disponibili e pronti ad aiutarti per qualsiasi cosa. Ti vengono incontro su tutto ciò che hai bisogno. Ottime persone! Tutto perfetto!

Food was good with friendly prices. They have really good guides who can take you on some really amazing walks in the jungle. I recommend minimum going for a 2 day junglewalk. Was really amazing with so many animals everywhere, including the tiger!

My room had everything I needed, including a well working hot shower — a real treat after a day out in the park. The inn itself is perfectly located in my opinion: You’re away from the busy main road, but both the village centre and the bus station are easy to reach by foot within a few minutes walk. When I wanted to go to the neighboring village for a little trip, they also kindly let me borrow a bicycle. I went on two walking Safaris led by Isswor who has decades of experience in the area. We were accompanied by Ram as a second guide and both of them always managed to find great spots to have some close but respectful & safe animal encounters.

Situato a Chitwan, a 40 km da Tharu Cultural Museum, Chital lodge prevede un giardino, un parcheggio privato gratuito, una terrazza e un ristorante. Questo hotel a 1 stella offre anche un bar. The family are great, the peace and quiet at the lodge is excellent, the food was very good, and the safaris were amazing. If you are looking for the creature comforts of a resort or hotel then this is not the place for you. The rooms may be spartan but they were clean. This is the place to go if you want to be away from the crowded tourist district, and value some peace and quiet. You will have a large variety of birds around your room, and maybe the occasional jackal at night if you are lucky (don't worry about them, they are great to see and go in the other direction as fast as they can if they see you). The family who own the lodge are all lovely and welcoming, and they supply some great tasting food (the nearest shops are a 10-15 minute walk away. Bishnu from the family who runs the lodge is also the safari guide, and he is great He is a local who truly loves and cares for nature, and who is very knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna. I went out on my first jeep safari within a couple of hours of arriving and to be honest I was not expecting to see much. I would have been happy with a few birds and just seeing the park. What I saw far exceeded that. We spotted our first rhinoceros within a couple of minutes of entering the park and saw several more (up very close). There were dozens of spotted deer, hog deer, gharial crocodiles, mugger crocodiles, macaques, wild boar, and a huge variety of birds. I went on another jeep safari two days later and saw 9 different individual rhinoceros that day as well. Some of them were within n 5 metres of our jeep. On that second safari we also saw plenty more of the other animals I have mentioned, including a huge range of birds, including some migratory species which are rare to see in this part of the world. Unfortunately I decided not to do the canoe ride or the walking safari, but have since been in touch with other tourists I met there, who said that was also a wonderful experience. HIGHLY recommended.
