Carnmore Chateau Marlborough offers luxury self-contained suites with free Wi-Fi. Guests can cool off in the outdoor swimming pool or relax by the pool with a drink from the bar. Was really surprised to see the birthday congregations ☺️ Got a super nice room.

Heather is a fantastic host—super friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything. She made sure I had everything I needed and gave great local tips. The place itself was lovely—clean, cozy, and exactly as described. And I have to mention the dog—such a sweetheart and an absolute highlight of my stay! If you're looking for a place with a warm and personal touch, this is definitely the one. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable, quiet apartment right in the centre of town, close to bars, cafes and restaurants. Also just a short walk to the wharf from where cruises and water taxis to Marlborough Sound leave and also close to the Inter-Islander ferry terminal.

This is a dream property with amazing hosts. You feel welcomed the moment you enter the gate. They have created such cozy spaces for guests and the provide great amenities like coffee and tea, toast and other small breakfast items. I appreciated the small fridge in the room, pressure in the shower and how quiet it was at night. I also walked to town and it was easy and fun. There’s a lot to do in this part of the world! It was a bit more than our budget, but we cooked our dinners to compensate, which worked out well as we really enjoyed being there in the evenings. The photos do a great job of showing the large bedroom, bathroom, and full kitchen. It's decorated like a home rather than a hotel, and has a large deck with a lovely view of the marina. It does take 10-15 minutes to walk into town, depending on your destination, but it's a lovely walk. We were able to arrange a ride into town with our luggage the morning we departed as we had already dropped a car off.
