The setting just encourages you to communicate with other guests, and we loved it. Once Michael even hosted a dinner for us, and we were lucky to try his mother's cooking (really good!). Also, Michel makes a great breakfast.

It's quiet with a beautiful remote view but still able to stroll down to the city through inca trail which is a walk we all loved. We lived there for a week, and all got underweather with food poison. Our hosts, romulus took care of us like family, helped with medicine, cooking and changing our itinerary with flexibility. We loved our stay there, relaxing in their garden with a herb tea from their own grown.

We’ve been traveling around Peru for about a month, and I can say this is the best hotel we stayed across the whole country! It is exceptionally clean (this is not what Peru can boast)! The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is decent and lunch boxes are provided. If you feel cold, there’s a heater in the room, though the blanket is really warm! If you go to Machupicchu tour, you can store your suitcases in the hotel! The staff is just great!!! They communicate with you, help you, try to make you feel home! And finally, this is a very tranquil place! This is 15 min walk from Cusco city center - so there’s no noise, no traffic, if you wanna good sleep there’s a perfect fit! Walking to the city center is not that much uphill, just may be 2 small blocks up - so it’s very comfy. One more bonus - beautiful terrace with a view!

The view is incredible. The room is clean, hot shower, the host is super nice and helpful. They recommended to visit The hummingbird sanctuary which is 10 min away and must visit. The breakfast was good, coffee, bread, juice, all you need to start a day.
