Janet was so lovely. -location is perfect in my opinion because it is in a quiet street but very close to all the main restaurants and the miraflores park nearby. -room is as the photos presented, nothing fancy, but very comfortable and clean. All that we needed. -wifi was good. -AC works well. -shower pressure was good.

The water pressure was very good and it was easy to have hot water. The employees were polite and very nice. Hotel’s pool & terrasse were very good. We strongly recommend this hotel.

Best Western Plus Urban Larco Hotel is located in the Miraflores district in Lima, 200 metres from Larcomar. The room was always clean. The staff responded very quickly to requests for additional cutlery. Towels were changed every day. Breakfasts were tasty, light, but filling. Very convenient location, several currency exchange offices nearby, many cafes, and the well-known embankment

Situated in the financial and residential district San Isidro in Lima, this hotel is ideal for business and leisure travellers. It features modern accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool and WiFi. I was kindley greeted by the staff even at the late hours that i reached at the hotel, i was escorted to the room and also received a small crash course of the facilities, the staff knew i had a tour at 4 am and they offered me a breackfast bag for me to take on my tour!!

Angelita was a wonderful receptionist at the front desk. She is very friendly and helpful. She allowed us to drop off our bags hours before check-in so we could start exploring unimpeded. She suggested great dining options nearby and allowed an early check-in when our rooms were ready. I can't say enough good things about her. She is a gem. The rooms were very clean and nice. The housekeeping staff do a great job. Breakfast was excellent, too. Great location. My whole family was impressed.
