The room was clean and we had a big balcony overlooking the mountains. Spa was also very nice and well maintained. The staff were excellent as well, especially Lilly who was very attentive and hospitable - she made our stay!

Very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our breakfast as it was delicious and again there was super nice and friendly staff. Room was nice and clean with comfortable beds. All good.

We were very happy with this hotel. The apparment was big and clean, it had two rooms and the kitchen, also a balcony with the mountain view. The beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect.

Această clădire de apartamente este situată la doar 300 de metri de centrul de schi Jakubova lúka şi la 1 km de centrul staţiunii Starý Smokovec. Was even better, than I expected. The photos of the room do not show full picture. The room had everything we needed: cosy dining area, equiped with kitchenette, big bathroom, comfy beds. And most important for us - they allow dogs!
