The owner, Tomás, a friendly and welcoming, made the stay even more special with his warm hospitality and enthusiasm for the island. Roça Vale dos Prazeres está en São Tomé y cuenta con vistas al jardín, bicicletas gratis, jardín, salón de uso común, terraza y zona de barbacoa. The owners were the most helpful people we could hope to encounter when we were faced by a sudden change of flights and had to reschedule a lot of our stay. They picked us up at the airport, took us to their beautiful house and back to the city, and even helped us to hire a good car for the second part of the trip. The Roça itself has carefully renovated bungalows and well maintained grounds. The bed was comfy and the breakfast tasty. It's calm and quiet, which you can say for most of the island.

I wish we had stayed longer! Our cottage was beautiful, super comfortable and clean and it was so pleasant to fall asleep to the sounds of the waterfall nearby. When booked in advance, you can also have vegan meals here. They were all really good.

Roça Saudade Guest House dispone de jardín, terraza, restaurante y bar en Trindade. El hostal o pensión también ofrece wifi gratis y servicio de traslado de pago para ir o volver del aeropuerto. Roça Saudade is in the Almada Negreiros Museum also... So it's the perfect place to stay in the center of the island. Joaquim (from roça) and Emanuel (from the restaurant) are amazing hosts. Would love to return.

Mr Luis was the perfect host. The grounds were beautiful. The place was clean and comfortable. The pool so refreshing and peaceful - perfect for cooling off each night. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Kitchen access was very convenient for preparing meals, along with a nice dining and living room area for relaxing, or socializing with other guests. Luis was always available to address any issues or answer any questions. We were able to keep our bags safely locked at the House while venturing over to Principe for 5 days, then return for another 3 days’ stay at Casa Luis. Luis made our trip to São Tomé seamless, pleasant and memorable.

The property is eco-friendly which is my preference when I travel. the chalets are beautifully decorated and built from local materials and labor. wonderful homemade breakfast, as well.
