Baan Jaru terletak dalam jarak 500 meter dari Menara Jam. Ia menawarkan bilik-bilik berhawa dingin dengan Wifi percuma dan tempat letak kenderaan awam percuma. We were staying for three days while visiting Chiang Rai. Our host was as super friendly and spoke perfect english (which is not that common here in Thailand). We got a lot of good and honest tips from him without them having an ulterior motive. Just for him we would probably come back as he also saved our day by getting us a short term transport to Chiang Mai. The breakfast options are few but everything that was there tasted good (Mostly fruit, toast and eggs). The rooms were clean, tidy and just what we expected. It’s also in walking distance to almost everything in the city center and therefore ideal for tourists. If we ever come back to Chiang Rai we would stay here again.

Very beautiful, relaxing and peaceful resort. The room was very clean and full of comforts (smart tv, wifi, air conditioning). The position is very comfortable, almost 7-8 minuts from the center of the city. The staff was absolutely amazing and professional, they give me a lot of information to visit the city and also organized the transport with a local tuk tuk driver that showed me all the city for a very good price. The food was also very tasty with a stunning view. If u want to come in Chang Rai, COME HERE!! 💯💯😍

Nice quiet location, clean room, comfy bed, and fridge stocked with water. The hotel manager (Cam or Gam, not sure how to spell) was the best! She took great care of us and would ask us if we needed anything and come through every time. At nights she invited us to hang out and have beers with with her and her friends. I learned about ice cubes in the Singha. I would balk at that back home, but hey when in Chiang Rai…

Wish we could have stayed here longer. It was outstanding experience! It is on the level of hotel. We had one room with very comfortable king bed. The room was spotless, we received complementary food, tooth brush and other essentials every day. You can have coffee etc. in the kitchen, too. It included self-service breakfast (eggs, toasts, sausages, jam, coffee etc). There is a gym, common space area with board games, billiard. You can rent a bike vis Mercy hotel (B-rider which is reliable and rhe best rental company). The location is excellent and quit. Actually, the whole place is quit and they keep it quiet after 10 pm. Last but not least, the staff was genuinely so kind and helpful. If we ever visit it again, we will stay here. Thank you so much for making our time in Chiang Mai so great.
