"Once" looks over the river and has a very well kept garden, lovely size room, clean, good bed, TV, good bathroom/shower, tea/coffee facilities in the room, bottle water and a complentry breakfast: tea/coffee/ toast/ biscuits served on the balcony overlooking the river. It is easy to walk anywhere from the guesthouse and see all the great temples and at the end of the day back to a relaxing accommodation. Thankyou for a wonderful stay

Very interesting and nice house, very authentic and pretty comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor and needed to go down to the 1st floor to the kitchen, but it was not a problem for us. The hosts are super nice and friendly, collected us from the station, told about good places to eat and visit in town, taught us some Thai, as well as told about some events going on in town. Very hospitable. Plenty of complimentary drinking water is a separate thing to say thank you for! I would stay at this place again when visiting Lampang. Totally recommend!
