Beloved by families for our waterfront location in downtown Newport, Rhode Island, The Wellington is an all-suite, vacation rental resort where every room is a room with a view...and then some! Location, clean, nice & professional , helpful staff. View was breath taking. Definitely coming back next year.

Fantastic stay, made me wish I had longer in town. Huge, comfortable and beautiful space, great porch too. The common area is also very nice.

I absolutely loved it. there's a common area where you can have tea/ coffee, it's all cozy, there are board games and you can chill with other people/make new friends. The rooms are relatively small, which is absolutely fine and what we paid for, and the common area makes up for it!

The location of the hotel right near the Cliff Walk and with a partial view of the water was perfect. Our suite was really chic, comfortable, and spacious. The customer service was super friendly. And the wine hour and breakfast were very tasty and social.

The Sea Breeze Inn is located in Middletown, 3.4 km from Whitehall Museum House. Free private parking is available on site. Easton's Beach is 645 metres from the property and Newport is 3.8 km away. Breakfast was fantastic. Not like other places where they make it in a steam table or just heat up frozen food. They actually take the time to make you REAL pancakes.

Situated within 500 metres of Touro Synagogue and the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport. All air conditioned rooms feature a fireplace, flat-screen TV and bathrobes. Breakfast was excellent! Daily wine and cheese was a fantastic touch. Staff were lovely and polite and nothing was too much.
