You should consider to drive a motorbike if you want to save money on grab because the location is not in the center of the city (about 7-10 minutes) but for me it was exactly what I was looking for since I like to ride in Vietnam. Locals are fantastic too over there.

The area was quiet as its a little further from the city centre, the room was clean and the view from the balcony was lovely. Would reccomend!!
