Serene environment, top quality service from the lovely owner, the room was immaculate with everything we needed and very picturesque. The host even provided us with tea, water and laundry service. Possibly the best place we’ve stayed in Sri Lanka, and do not be put off by the negative reviews regarding the driveway, it is easy via Tuktuk and worth it for the views and privacy. Their tuktuk shuttle is free and available 24/7 - thank you again for a wonderful stay ❤️ the best place to eat is Ella Siyapatha Hut Restaurant. Beautiful and clean accommodation in the hearth of nature. Hotel included a large bathroom, where hot water flowed without problems. We had a very tasty Sri Lankan breakfast in the accommodation, which also included coffee. We also took advantage of the dinner option - delicious Sri Lankan. The hotel is in a quiet part, not in the city center, but the owners provided us with a tuk-tuk transfer from the station (free) to the center and back. There is a scooter rental option at the accommodation. The family is very friendly, nice and very helpful. Among other things, they also arranged for us a share taxi to Udawalawe, a jeep driver in Udawalawe, etc. Wave to everyone and see you later!
