Service was so prompt. Accommodations were made even before arrival - early check-in...fridge in room...and even after when I forgot an item after checking out!!

From check in to check out was very smooth. The day was very enjoyable and comfortable. I Mostly like the kindness of the staff, the decoration of the rooms and the prompt response for any request. The first thing I want to highlight is the excellent communication with the hosts and the clear, accurate instructions for accessing the apartment. If you follow the instructions carefully, you won’t have any issues. Everything was impeccably clean, and the location is more than excellent—there are plenty of dining options nearby, including pet-friendly restaurants. Without a doubt, if this apartment is available during my next trip to Calgary, I will book it again. Thank you so much!
