A hairdryer is offered in the private bathroom. I loved the rooms, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were all really professional and friendly. The location was great to see the attractions like the ice hockey and still close enough to go to Stanley park and Gaston and all the shops in Robson St and Frankie’s restaurant.

Guests must be 15 years of age or older to use the facilities. My family and I came to participate in the Big Effort Swim event at Christina Lake. Because of a flight delay, we arrived late, but the staff kindly arranged a self-check-in for us. The motel is very clean. Groceries as well as small local eateries are within walking distance. There is also a barbecue area and a firepit in the yard, which made for a lovely place to sit in the evenings.

Private parking is available on site. We stayed at Smithe House when we were going to a concert at BC Place. The location was perfect for us. It was a quick walk to the stadium! There was a nice little woodfire pizza restaurant just a few minutes walk away. They upgraded us and our room was fantastic... modern and clean with all of the appliances you could need, a shower with nice water pressure, the most comfortable bed and pillows, and even a private balcony! They were even thoughtful enough to ask what coffee we would prefer. You don't need to check in at a desk. Everything is done via text/email. We paid for private secure parking in their garage...highly recommended! Their communication is the absolute best. We spoke with them several times before and during our stay. We highly recommend Smithe House and will hopefully get to stay there again soon!

The house was clean and comfortable. It was on the basement but not humid nor dark. The host prepared lots of welcoming presents for us. And all the stuff was extremely clean.
