Situated within 200 metres of Waterfront Centre Mall Vancouver and Vancouver Lookout at Harbour Centre, EXchange Hotel Vancouver features rooms with air conditioning. Free WiFi is available. The breakfast is excellent. We enjoy very much. Due to typhoon-related flight delays, the reservation service helped with the change of stay day. When we return to Vancouver, we plan to stay at this hotel again.

Very clean, love that they clean your room everyday without having to request it, to me this is one of the perks of staying in a hotel. Check out is at noon so you don’t feel rushed to get out on your day of departure. Staff are all very friendly and helpful!

This Vancouver hotel offers an on-site restaurant and bar. Keurig coffee machine and refrigerator are included in each room. Vancouver Convention Centre is 5 minutes’ walk away. Perfect location, everything on walking distance! Hotel is do beautiful and they have an exceptional staff. Breakfast was incredible, great taste and quantity, perfect to help you to run until dinner time

We stayed at Smithe House when we were going to a concert at BC Place. The location was perfect for us. It was a quick walk to the stadium! There was a nice little woodfire pizza restaurant just a few minutes walk away. They upgraded us and our room was fantastic... modern and clean with all of the appliances you could need, a shower with nice water pressure, the most comfortable bed and pillows, and even a private balcony! They were even thoughtful enough to ask what coffee we would prefer. You don't need to check in at a desk. Everything is done via text/email. We paid for private secure parking in their garage...highly recommended! Their communication is the absolute best. We spoke with them several times before and during our stay. We highly recommend Smithe House and will hopefully get to stay there again soon!
