Robert was very communicative prior to arriving at the apartment. We were told how to access the keys and the instructions were very clear. The apartment was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was also great that we were able to cook for ourselves and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was so quiet and peaceful, even though we were out exploring Zurich/Basel for most of our visit, we were still able to enjoy peace and quiet on the days when we decided to relax in Brugg. We had no issues during our stay and we would happily visit again should we travel to Switzerland in the future.

Even though our plans changed at the last minute, our host made sure we got the keys to the apartment, assisted us with everything we needed. The apartment is in a building over 500 years old, the window looks right over the Rhine! 100 meters from the famous pedestrian bridge that connects the Swiss and German parts of the city.
