We actually didn’t stay in this property as we were informed the week prior that they had water damage and had transferred our booking to a hotel no far away turns out it was better than expected it was a suite with a kitchen in a brand new hotel across the road from the Horgen train station it was lovely and quiet, clean huge comfortable bed big bathroom and the breakfast downstairs was also included and was fabulous made to order eggs any style you liked and continental buffet and barista coffee. It was called the Yarn and we highly recommend it.

Overlooking Lake Zürich, the Seedamm Plaza enjoys a unique location on the shores opposite of the historic city of Rapperswil. The hotel is very good. Great view for the zurich see. Breakfast is very good, also location, near a mall, shops, and restaurants. They allowed us to stay intul 2pm because we were travelling to Brazil. Very nice employees. IS the second time we stay there and will come back.

Overlooking Lake Zurich, this historic hotel in Meilen is only a 15-minute drive from Zurich. The Hirschen am See Hotel offers a restaurant serving Swiss and international cuisine. Great waterfront hotel. We had a nice room with a beautiful view of the lake, large bathroom, clean comfortable beds. Staff are wonderful! Best breakfast and fabulous dining area, beautifully decorated. Short train ride from Zurich HB main station to Meilen station, then you can walk to hotel (10min. walk) or take the 925 bus just outside the station to the bus stop just before the hotel (Obermeilen stop). Quiet area with not too many stores or restaurants but easy enough to get a train wherever you want to go.

First off, the location is excellent—just a two-minute walk to the train station, with frequent trains to the city center taking about twenty minutes. By the way, Swiss public transportation runs much more punctually than Germany's. We parked in the underground garage. Since we initially couldn't figure out how to access it, the staff kindly escorted me there. At 18 Swiss francs per day, parking in Switzerland is reasonably priced and very secure. The staff may have forgotten to record our car's number plates, but upon discovering the issue during checkout, they proactively covered the cost and didn't charge us for parking. Their service was truly attentive. Additionally, our room was upgraded without request. It was clean, beautiful and fully equipped. Even with the windows closed during cold weather, train noise was barely audible. Furthermore, the restaurant service was excellent. Overall, we'll definitely book this hotel again when visiting Zurich next time.
